Newly constructed, they are modern and equipped apartments situated right in the old centre of L'Escala.

Area informationThe seaside town of L’Escala is located in the south of the Bay of Roses, on the coastline of the beautiful Empordà region. Here you will find stunning coved beaches, charming, historic towns and green countryside. The surrounding Costa Brava is some of the most prestigious landscape in the whole Mediterranean.

Important information
Keys for the apartments should be collected from the office at Carrer del Port, 21, L’Escala. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of office hours should contact the property directly in advance using the number which appears on the Booking Confirmation
A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check-in. This deposit is returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked.
Check-in is available between 17.00 and 19.00 on the day of arrival. Only the number of guests booked may occupy the apartment.
Check-out takes place at 10.00.
Towels and sea towels are not supplied. A towel set is available at an additional cost.
In the case of late arrival, the apartments will be kept for a maximum of 48 hours after the original check-in time. No reduction in the original cost will be made.
Mestral’s apartments all measure approximately 60 m² and sleep between 4 and 6 people. Each comes with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge-diner and a living area with sofa bed. The kitchen comes with glass ceramic worktops, an oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
The rates include the cost of water, electricity and gas, as well as bed linen (changed weekly). Heaters are available for an extra fee of EUR 50 per week.

Mestral 1 Apartment
Modern apartments with an approximate surface area of 60 m² and capacity for 4/6 people. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom, living/dining area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are equipped with all common facilities.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy
40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
